WEST PHILADELPHIA, PA – The 19th District police are currently investigating a homicide that took place early Saturday on the 6300 block of Vine Street.
Responding to a shooting call around 12:15 a.m., officers discovered a 26-year-old man fatally shot in the head inside an apartment.
Medics declared the victim deceased at the scene.
Police have not yet identified any suspects and are conducting a comprehensive search. No weapons were found on the premises.
