Man Charged for Indecent Exposure in East Goshen Park

WESTTOWN-EAST GOSHEN, PA – An incident at East Goshen Township Park led to the arrest of Kim David Maguire from Newtown Square.

On Halloween day at 11:45 am, the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department was alerted to a male exposing himself in the park.

Officers located Maguire, and following a detailed investigation, an arrest warrant was issued on Thursday. The charges include Indecent Exposure, Open Lewdness, and Disorderly Conduct.

With the case pending further proceedings, the Police Department is reaching out to the public for additional witnesses who were present during the incident to come forward.
