Toms River Woman Arrested for Crack Possession

TOMS RIVER, NJ – In a routine operation by local law enforcement, a vehicle stop on State Highway 35 in Toms River escalated to an arrest involving drug-related offenses.

Patrolman Johan Moreno-Garcia of the Toms River Police Department initiated the stop that led to the discovery of illegal substances.

The woman, a 26-year-old resident of Toms River, was charged with possession of crack cocaine.

In addition, she was charged with possession of prescription drugs without a valid prescription, and drug paraphernalia.

The Toms River Police Department processed Goodman, who was later released on a summons.
