Brooklyn Man Arrested for Shooting Mother of His Child

BROOKLYN, NY – A man was taken into custody following a shooting before 11 a.m. on Bond Street, Boerum Hill.

The victim, mother of the suspect’s child, was hospitalized with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the left arm.

Police arrested the alleged shooter, who was reportedly the victim’s former partner, near Bergen Street and Washington Avenue.

Details regarding the suspect’s identity and charges are pending.
