West Chester Man Charged for Attack on Uber Driver

WEST CHESTER, PA – On early Wednesday morning, West Chester Police Officers were called to assist Pennsylvania State Police with a disturbance on the 500 Block of S. High St.

Samuel Makowski, a 19-year-old resident of West Chester, was taken into custody after assaulting his Uber driver.

The altercation occurred inside and then outside of the vehicle. Makowski faces multiple charges including aggravated assault and has been held at Chester County Prison for arraignment.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled at District Court 15-1-04.
