Elizabeth Man Arrested for Armed Robbery at 7-Eleven

ELIZABETH, NJ – Andrew Medeiros, a 29-year-old from Elizabeth, was arrested at his residence on Wednesday, for an armed robbery that took place over three years ago.

The Linden Police Department reported that on early Wednesday, May 20, 2020, Medeiros allegedly robbed a 7-Eleven store at gunpoint.

The suspect fled with approximately $500 in cash.

An extensive investigation led by Linden Police Detectives identified Medeiros as the suspect, leading to his arrest on multiple charges.

Medeiros is being held at Essex County Jail, awaiting a court appearance.
