Pedestrian Struck and Killed in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND — A tragic vehicle accident in Baltimore on Tuesday morning led to the death of a 35-year-old pedestrian. Police were called to the 1600 block of Spruce Street around 5:15 a.m. following a collision involving a pedestrian.

The accident occurred in the 3900 block of Curtis Avenue, where the 35-year-old man was struck. He was immediately taken to the University of Maryland, Shock Trauma, in a critical condition, while the driver involved remained at the scene.

The following day, at approximately 4:30 p.m., the victim died from his injuries.

The Accident Investigation Unit is now overseeing the case. Witnesses or those with relevant information are urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2606 or call 911.
