ROCKVILLE, MD – The Rockville City Police Department has issued a public appeal for assistance in locating a missing woman, Elizabeth Ricucci, aged 39. Ricucci was last seen on November 8, 2023, around 12:00 p.m. near Pleasant Circle in Rockville.
She is reported to have been operating a silver/blue 2021 Toyota Corolla, bearing the Maryland registration plate 6EK3548. Concerns have been raised for her wellbeing, both by the police and her family and friends.
