BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is urgently calling for the public’s assistance in locating Viola Cox, a 98-year-old woman reported missing from the 4500 block of The Strand in the Northern District.
Ms. Cox is described as being 5 feet tall and weighing 130 pounds. Specifics about her appearance, including clothing, were not provided.
