PHILADELPHIA, PA – A shooting incident occurred inside a basement at a private residence located at 53XX Sydenham Street at approximately 2:33 am.
A 17-year-old male sustained multiple gunshot wounds to both legs. He was transported to Einstein Medical Center via a private vehicle and is currently in stable condition.
The vehicle used for transport was taken as evidence at the hospital for further investigation, and the crime scene is being preserved. No arrests have been made, and no weapons have been recovered in connection with the shooting.
