Millersville Man Faces Multiple Charges Following Stalking Incident

EAST PETERSBURG, PA – On November 6, NLCRPD Officers responded to a call concerning suspicious activity and stalking at 1615 State Street in East Petersburg Borough.

John Wayne Mohler III, 42, of Millersville, was identified as the suspect. Mohler is accused of blocking the victims’ driveway, assaulting two individuals, and engaging in stalking and intimidation.

He faces charges including Stalking, Intimidation of a Witness/Victim, Simple Assault, and Terroristic Threats.

A warrant was issued, and Mohler was apprehended during a PFA Hearing by the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. He was subsequently arraigned on the charges.
