Adorable Cat Needs A Good Home, Currently At Lacey Shelter

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ – An adorable long-haired cat named Gurdy, approximately 5 years old, is currently seeking a new, loving home. Previously in a home with other cats, Gurdy had to be rehomed due to compatibility issues, although it’s unclear which cat initiated the discord.

Gurdy is described as laid-back and somewhat lazy, enjoying attention and affection. She often engages in playful antics to attract notice and relishes being petted. Her ideal home would be one where she can coexist with another cat that respects her space and doesn’t demand constant interaction.

She is best suited to a household with older children, as she has previously been overwhelmed by younger kids. Gurdy is longing for a tranquil and caring environment where she can feel happy and content.

Those interested in giving Gurdy a forever home can contact the shelter at 609-693-1900 or email office@ahsppz.org for an application. Her file number is 69090, and she was listed on November 11, 2023. This gentle feline is ready to bring love and serenity to her new family.
