Bensalem Man Pleads Guilty in Fentanyl-Related Overdose Death

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA – Shakur Ali Brisbon, 24, of Bensalem, pleaded guilty on Thursday, to selling a counterfeit prescription pill containing Fentanyl, resulting in the overdose death of 23-year-old Olivia Seaberg in Bristol Township.

Brisbon was charged in February and has been in custody at Bucks County Correctional Facility since his arrest.

Bristol Township police discovered Seaberg unresponsive during the early hours of November 24, 2022, in an apartment on Bristol-Emelie Road.

Forensic analysis of a blue pill found at the scene and Seaberg’s cellphone linked Brisbon to the sale of the fatal substance. The cause of death was confirmed as Fentanyl Toxicity by the Bucks County Coroner’s Office.

Sentencing for Brisbon has been deferred to a later date.
