WHITE OAK, MD – Police in Maryland have issued an Amber Alert for a missing juvenile and her puppy dog in White Oak.
15-year-old Zabiya Carter was last seen last weekend, on November 11th. She left her Oak Leaf Drive home and never returned. Family members also reported her dog, Carter, a small black and white puppy was also missing.
Carter is 5′ tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds. She has black hair and was wearing a black hoodie with black and gray pajama pants at the time her her disappearance.
