Oxford Man Arrested for Machete Attack During Dispute

OXFORD, PA – On Thursday, at approximately 12:33 am, Oxford Police were called to a domestic disturbance on the 100 Block North Fifth Street.

The accused, Drew Henderson, 49, of Oxford, allegedly chased the victim with a machete following a verbal dispute.

Officers, upon arrival, confirmed the victim’s account and detained Henderson after collecting witness statements.

He faces multiple charges, including Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Terroristic Threats.

Henderson is currently being held at Chester County Prison, awaiting arraignment. The Oxford Police Department is handling the ongoing investigation.
