Man Arrested for Triple Homicide in St. Albans Home

ST. ALBANS, NY – David Daniel, a 54-year-old resident of St. Albans, has been charged with the murder of three individuals, including two tenants and his girlfriend, in his home.

The Queens District Attorney, Melinda Katz, announced the charges on Friday following Daniel’s voluntary surrender.

On Tuesday, Daniel turned himself in to the police. Subsequently, officers discovered the victims at Daniel’s residence on Milburn Avenue.

The two tenants were found in the basement, and Daniel’s girlfriend was found in a bedroom on the second floor. All victims had sustained multiple stab wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene.

Daniel faces charges of three counts of murder in the first and second degrees and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. If convicted, he could receive a life sentence without parole. Judge Scott Dunn has scheduled his court return for Friday.
