Woman Shot Multiple Times, Killed in Brooklyn, Man Injured

BROOKLYN, NY – Police responded to a shooting at Louisiana Avenue in Brooklyn on November 17, resulting in one fatality and a critical injury. At 6:58 pm, officers discovered a female and a male, both with multiple gunshot wounds. The female victim was declared dead at the scene, while the 26-year-old male victim received transport to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, where he remains in critical condition.

A 52-year-old male, considered a person of interest, was detained, and a firearm was seized.

Authorities are conducting an ongoing investigation. The deceased’s identity awaits family notification.
