NYPD Civilian Employee Arrested on Multiple Charges in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, NY – Stephen Osborn, a 28-year-old civilian employee of the New York Police Department, was arrested early Monday in the 70th Precinct of Brooklyn. The off-duty employee faces multiple charges, including criminal obstruction of breathing, assault, menacing, and harassment.

The arrest occurred at 1:18 am on Sunday. The NYPD has not disclosed details surrounding the events leading to Osborn’s arrest.

The charges against him suggest a physical altercation, though the NYPD has not provided further information on the victim or the circumstances of the incident.
