Suspect Sought in Glen Burnie Armed Robbery

GLEN BURNIE, MD – A 33-year-old man fell victim to an armed robbery on the evening of Sunday.

Northern District detectives report that at around 9:55 p.m., the victim was confronted in the 6500 block of Charter Road.

The assailant, a male armed with a handgun, pressed the weapon against the victim’s back and demanded his possessions.

After obtaining the victim’s property, the suspect fled in a dark Honda SUV. The suspect is described as a Black male, wearing a dark zip-up jacket and a black facemask.

The investigation is ongoing, and the Northern District Police are asking for information at 410-222-6135 or the Anne Arundel County Police Tip Line at 410-222-4700.
