Domestic Violence Arrest Reported in Penn Township

PENN TOWNSHIP, PA – On Sunday, around 2:35 PM, the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department (NLCRPD) responded to a domestic incident in the 100 Block of Sunny Slope Lane, Manheim, PA.

During the investigation, officers observed recent physical injuries on both the victim and the defendant, including bruising on the victim’s neck area consistent with strangulation.

The suspect, identified as Brett Elliot Carroll, 47, from Manheim, PA, was taken into custody on charges of Strangulation, Simple Assault, Unlawful Restraint, and Harassment.

Carroll was processed and arraigned before a district justice.

The NLCRPD is handling the ongoing investigation.
