Four Arrested for Armed Robbery and Assault in Southeast Baltimore

Mass shooting at the scene of a Fourth of July holiday weekend block party in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD – Baltimore Police responded to an armed robbery at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and South Patterson Park Avenue on November 22, 2023, around 6:15 p.m.

A 29-year-old male victim reported being physically assaulted and robbed at gunpoint by four unidentified males. He stated that the assailants took his belongings and fled on foot. Officers immediately canvassed the area and located the suspects.

The suspects, identified as a 13-year-old, two 17-year-olds, and 18-year-old Keyshawn Holland, were positively identified as the individuals involved in the robbery. A handgun was recovered from one of the suspects during the arrest.

The three juveniles were transported to the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center to face charges. Keyshawn Holland was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility for his involvement in the incident.
