Multiple Suspects Arrested After Man Wakes Up to Find Home Burlgarized, Car Stolen

BALTIMORE, MD – A break-in and vehicle theft were reported in the 3600 block of East Pratt Street on November 22, 2023. Baltimore Police responded to the scene at around 2 a.m.

A 66-year-old male resident reported his home was burglarized while he was asleep, with several items and his vehicle stolen. Police officers canvassed the area to locate the stolen vehicle.

The vehicle was eventually found in the 5900 block of Pulaski Highway. Inside were three individuals: 27-year-old Luis Vargas-Molina, 31-year-old Bayardo Juarez-Lopez, and 35-year-old Edwin Gutierrez. Vargas-Molina, who reported injuries prior to his arrest, was transported to a hospital for evaluation. He will face charges following his release.

Juarez-Lopez and Gutierrez were taken into custody and transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where they were charged.
