NYPD Make Arrest in October Assault

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department has reported an arrest in connection with an assault case dating back to October 4.

 Joseph Stine, a 32-year-old male from Wantagh, NY, was arrested on Tuesday, November 21.

The original incident involved a dispute at the intersection of 7 Avenue and 60 Street. The victim, a 48-year-old male, was physically assaulted, sustaining numerous injuries.

The attacker, now identified as Stine, fled the scene in a white Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck. The victim was taken to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn in critical condition.

Stine is charged with assault. The NYPD’s investigation led to his apprehension, ensuring further legal proceedings in this case.
