BRONX, NY – A shooting at 815 Hutchinson River Parkway resulted in the death of 49-year-old Raymond Resto, police confirmed. The incident, which occurred late Sunday night, was reported to the police at approximately 11:51 PM.
Responding to the 911 call, officers from the 45th Precinct discovered Resto in the parking lot, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency services rushed the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi. Despite medical efforts, Resto was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting. Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
