Police Issue Warrant for Fugitive Wanted in Lycoming County

LYCOMING COUNTY, PA – Lycoming Regional Police Detectives have issued a felony warrant for Mubarik Abdul Graves, wanted for aggravated indecent assault among other charges.

Graves is known to frequent areas in both Lycoming and Clinton County, including Jersey Shore, Pine Creek Twp, and Lock Haven.

Graves is also sought by the Woodward Police Department in Clinton County for fleeing and eluding offenses.

The police ask anyone with information on Graves’ whereabouts to contact Lycoming Regional Police Detectives at 570-323-4987×466.
