Pair Used Fake Masonry Business As Front to Sexually Assault Victim in West Chester

WEST CHESTER, PA – On November 22, West Chester Police responded to a sexual assault report at the 100 block of W. Union St.

The 20-year-old female victim accused James McDonagh and John Michael Delaney, contractors from the UK, of sexual and business-related misconduct.

McDonagh, allegedly involved in the assault, was charged with Aggravated Indecent Assault and Indecent Assault. Delaney faces charges for Deceptive Business Practices and Motor Vehicle Violations.

The suspects, claiming to represent Everest Roofing & Masonry, were arrested and are now held at Chester County Prison awaiting arraignment.
