BERKELEY TOWNSHIP [BAYVILLE], NJ – The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office has announced charges against three individuals in relation to a drug-induced death in Berkeley Township.

Michael Wormann, Ryan Thompson, and Tina Martinez are facing strict liability drug-induced death charges.

The victim, a 55-year-old male, was found deceased on September 29, from an apparent drug overdose. Investigations led to the discovery that the trio had distributed Fentanyl to the victim.

Wormann, Thompson, and Martinez were initially charged with related drug offenses and were recently charged with the death following toxicology results.
