SEAFORD, DE – The Delaware State Police apprehended 34-year-old Victoria Bolen from Laurel, Delaware, on multiple felony gun offenses early Friday morning in Seaford. The arrest followed a routine patrol discovery of two seemingly disabled vehicles on Sussex Highway.

At around 2:32 a.m. on November 29, 2023, a state trooper spotted a Ford Escape and an Izuzu Rodeo on the highway’s northbound shoulder near Airport Road. Recognizing Bolen among three individuals due to prior investigations, the trooper verified her suspended driver’s license status and existing arrest warrants.

Bolen’s arrest led to the uncovering of various drug paraphernalia, including wax bags, hypodermic needles, and a glass pipe. Additionally, a loaded handgun with an altered serial number was found in the Ford Escape.

Due to a previous felony conviction, Bolen faces charges for unlawful firearm possession.
