Buffalo Man Arraigned for Gang Assault

ERIE COUNTY, NY – Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces the arraignment of 28-year-old James K. Pardo of Buffalo.

He was arraigned before Buffalo City Court Judge Andrew C. LoTempio on a charge of Gang Assault in the First Degree, a Class “B” violent felony.

The charge stems from an incident on Sunday, where Pardo allegedly participated in a group assault. The assault took place inside a bathroom at Club Marcella on Michigan Avenue, Buffalo, resulting in a gunshot injury to the victim.

The victim, who suffered serious physical injuries, is currently hospitalized at ECMC.

Pardo is scheduled for a felony hearing on December 11. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison.
