Philadelphia Police Seek Assistance in Identifying Theft Suspect

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Central Detective Division of Philadelphia is requesting public help to identify a suspect involved in a theft.

On Monday, around 2:22 am, an unidentified individual entered a building at 2116 Chestnut Street and stole a bookbag from the front desk.

The suspect is described as wearing a blue beret, dark jacket, dark pants, and blue and white slippers. The police caution the public against approaching the suspect.


They ask anyone with information to contact 911 or submit tips via telephone or text.
