Greensburg Man Charged with Drug Delivery Resulting in Death

NORTH HUNTINGDON, PA – The North Huntingdon Township Police, in collaboration with the Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office, charged Justin Todaro of Greensburg on Friday.

Todaro is accused of delivering a lethal drug dose, resulting in a fatal overdose in North Huntingdon Township in July.

During the investigation, detectives found five stamp bags and drug paraphernalia in the kitchen of the victim’s residence.

The victim was discovered unresponsive on the bathroom floor. Evidence pointed to Todaro as the supplier of the drugs, corroborated by text messages and surveillance footage linking him to the scene.

Lab analysis confirmed the presence of fentanyl and xylazine in the drugs. Todaro now faces charges including drug delivery resulting in death and other drug-related offenses. All defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty.
