NYPD Seeks Suspect in $10 Slashing Robbery in the Bronx

BRONX, NY — On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at approximately 7:00 p.m., an altercation at a commercial establishment located at 1912 Cross Bronx Expressway escalated into a violent encounter. The incident began with a dispute between the victim and an unidentified male inside the establishment.

Upon exiting the premises, the victim was pepper-sprayed by a second, unidentified female individual. Subsequently, the male assailant displayed a knife and stabbed the victim in the torso, then forcibly took $10 from the victim’s hand. Following the attack, both suspects fled the scene to an undisclosed location.

The victim was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi and is reported to be in stable condition.

The New York City Police Department is conducting an investigation into this incident. They are seeking information about the unidentified male and female involved in the assault and robbery.
