Booking Holdings taps former S&P Global executive as CFO

(Reuters) – Booking Holdings said on Wednesday former S&P Global finance chief, Ewout Steenbergen, will join the travel company as its chief financial officer.

He will start on March 15 and will succeed David Goulden, who announced his retirement earlier this year after six years with the company.

Steenbergen will report to CEO Glenn Fogel and will receive an initial annual base salary of $825,000, according to a regulatory filing.
