Man Who Slashed 20-Year-Old in Baltimore Extradicted from Florida and Charged

BALTIMORE, MD – On September 8, Baltimore City patrol officers responded to a local hospital following a report of a 20-year-old male with lacerations. The incident occurred at approximately 1:55 a.m.

Investigations revealed that the victim was involved in a physical altercation with 18-year-old Joseph Rohrbaugh.

During the altercation, Rohrbaugh allegedly stabbed the victim multiple times. An arrest warrant was issued for Rohrbaugh.

On December 5, Joseph Rohrbaugh was extradited from Clearwater, Florida, back to Baltimore City.

He has been charged with attempted first-degree murder and is currently held at Central Booking Intake Facility with no-bail status.
