Two Arrested for Shooting and Robbery in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – Two individuals, 19-year-old Donald Louis Wdzieczny and 19-year-old Elijah Nowlin, have been apprehended by investigators in connection to an assault and robbery incident that took place on December 12, 2023, in the 800 block of Key Highway.

According to investigators, the two suspects assaulted and robbed a 23-year-old male, forcibly taking his belongings, before fleeing the scene on foot.

The victim received assistance from several witnesses who provided valuable support until law enforcement officers arrived at the scene. These witnesses were able to provide a detailed description of the suspects, aiding the police in their efforts. Subsequently, officers conducted a thorough search of the area, leading to the discovery and apprehension of Wdzieczny and Nowlin in the unit block of West Baltimore Street.

Both suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where they now face charges of first- and second-degree assault, possession of a dangerous weapon with the intent to cause harm, and armed robbery.
