NYPD Seeking Mother Wanted in Child Abduction Case in Staten Island

NEW YORK, NY – Police are searching for a three-year-old girl, Kadence France, who was taken from 18 Curtis Place on Saturday, December 16, at noon. The child was reportedly abducted by her mother, Randalae Rhodes, 26, who does not have legal custody of the child.

Kadence was last seen wearing a pink jacket, a black winter cap with pompoms, sparkled black leggings, and black boots. Rhodes was observed placing the child in a blue two-door Honda Accord sedan with unknown license plates, before fleeing.

It is not known at this time where Rhodes may have taken the child, but police are actively searching for the pair. Authorities urge anyone with information to contact the police immediately.
