Shots Fired: Police Respond to Large Fight at Toms River Hotel Parking Lot

TOMS RIVER, NJ – Multiple police units converged on the Days Hotel on Route 37 in Toms River following reports of a large fight in the parking lot. The incident escalated early Sunday, Dec. 17, around 12:45 a.m., with reports of possible gunshots at the scene.

Upon arrival, Toms River police officers found evidence of gunfire, although no individuals were reported injured from the shots. During the melee, one male suffered a seizure and was promptly transported to Community Medical Center by Silverton First Aid for treatment.
