Domestic Violence Incident Ends With Arrest

LITITZ, PA – The Lititz Borough Police Department (LBPD) filed charges against Timothy S. SIPE, age 50, from Lititz, for alleged domestic violence.

SIPE faces charges of Strangulation, Simple Assault, and Harassment following an incident on Saturday.

The LBPD responded to a domestic violence call at around 8:20 pm in the 000 Block of South Cedar Street. An adult female reported that SIPE had aggressively grabbed her by the neck and forced her to the ground.

SIPE was arrested and underwent an immediate preliminary arraignment.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled, and he remains presumed innocent until proven guilty.
