East Earl Township Man Arrested for Assault and Strangulation

EAST EARL TOWNSHIP, PA – Joel R. Seeman, a resident of East Earl, was arrested by the East Earl Township Police Department for multiple offenses including Strangulation, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, and Harassment.

The incident occurred on Thursday, where Seeman is alleged to have strangled, assaulted, and threatened to kill his victims.

Following his arrest on Friday, Seeman was arraigned by MDJ Jonathan Heisse.

Bail was set at $50,000, which Seeman was unable to post. Consequently, he was transported to Lancaster County Prison to await further court proceedings.
