Mount Joy Man Faces Multiple Charges After Domestic Assault

MOUNT JOY, PA – John P. Miller, 44, of Mount Joy, is facing charges after a domestic incident last month.

The Mount Joy Borough Police Department detailed the charges including Aggravated Assault, Strangulation, Terroristic Threats, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Simple Assault.

The victim was strangled to unconsciousness and sustained injuries to various parts of her body. The severity of the attack led to her hospitalization.

The arrest, made on Friday, brings a significant development in this case. The Mount Joy Borough Police Department is handling the investigation.

The public is reminded to report any signs of domestic violence.
