Senior Citizen Robbed by Two Individuals in Queens

NEW YORK CITY, N.Y. — The New York City Police Department is seeking public assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a robbery in Queens.

The incident occurred on Thursday, December 14, in the vicinity of 48 Street and Skillman Avenue.

An 82-year-old woman was the victim of this crime, being forcefully pushed to the ground and robbed of currency from her suitcase.

The suspects, described as two light-complexioned males wearing distinct clothing, fled the scene in a blue Mazda SUV.

The NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline is accepting information about this incident. The police department has released media images and asks anyone with knowledge of the event to come forward.
