North Jersey Man Arrested for Assaulting Child on Multiple Occasions

UNION CITY, NJ – Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of Cesar Ixcoy-Perez, a resident of Union City, on charges including aggravated criminal sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

The arrest followed an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Fairview Police Department.

The investigation revealed that Ixcoy-Perez sexually assaulted a child in Fairview, on two occasions.

Ixcoy-Perez was arrested on Tuesday, in Paramus, and is currently being held at the Bergen County Jail.

His first court appearance is scheduled in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
