HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office announced a significant breakthrough in a tragic double fatal overdose case. Following a thorough and lengthy investigation, #teamHCSO has made an arrest related to the incident that resulted in two deaths in the community.

Richard Thorpe, aged 40, faces charges of First Degree Murder for selling fentanyl that led to these fatal overdoses.
