Dorchester Man Arrested with Gun, Drugs

MATTAPAN, MA – On Thursday, at 1:08 PM, Tyrone Wilson, a 48-year-old Dorchester resident, was arrested by the Boston Police Drug Control Unit in Mattapan.

This followed an ongoing drug investigation and the execution of search warrants at 113 Dale Street.

During the search, police seized a Smith & Wesson M&P Shield, a Davis Industries P-380, both with ammunition, 22 loose rounds, powder cocaine, and approximately $784 in cash.

Wilson now faces two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, and possession with intent to distribute class B drugs.

His arraignment is scheduled at Roxbury District Court.
