FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Zion Johnson of Fredericksburg recently found fortune with a Virginia Lottery scratch-off ticket, winning the Mega Money Multiplier game’s top prize of $500,000.

Johnson’s lucky ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven located at 10100 Southpoint Parkway in Fredericksburg. The Mega Money Multiplier, a popular scratcher game offered by the Virginia Lottery, has prizes that range from $20 to the half-million-dollar top prize. Johnson’s win marks the first top prize claimed in this game, leaving two more major prizes yet to be won.

The odds of winning the game’s top prize are 1 in 816,000, while the chances of winning any prize in Mega Money Multiplier stand at approximately 1 in 6.86.
