Gun Battle Erupts on Brooklyn Street

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating suspects involved in a Brooklyn gun battle.

On Saturday, December 23, at around 6:00 PM, five unidentified individuals confronted another group of four near Bushwick and Johnson Avenues. Gunfire was exchanged between the groups, but no injuries were reported.

Following the incident, the group of five fled into the Montrose Avenue subway station on the L line. The other four individuals also left the scene. The NYPD has released media depicting the individuals in question and is urging anyone with information to come forward.
