Argument Leads to Shooting at Alexandria McDonald’s

ALEXANDRIA, VA – The Alexandria Police Department is currently investigating a shooting that took place at the McDonald’s located at 5311 Duke Street. The incident, which resulted in a significant police presence in the area, involved two adult males who were acquainted with each other.

According to the police report, a fight between the two individuals escalated, leading to one of them being shot. The victim sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and was subsequently transported for medical treatment.

The Alexandria Police Department is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting. No further details about the condition of the victim or the status of the shooter were immediately available.

The police are appealing to witnesses or anyone with information related to the incident to come forward.
