MILFORD, DE — A 35-year-old Milford resident recently won $10,000 from the Delaware Lottery’s Instant Game, NOTHING BUT CASH. The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, bought the successful ticket from Milford Plaza Cigarette Outlet.

A regular participant in the lottery for the past four years, the man typically buys two tickets during each purchase. This win marks his second significant lottery victory. He first shared his good fortune with his mother. When asked about his plans for the prize money, he revealed intentions to use it for Christmas shopping expenses.
