Teen Fatally Shot in Northwest D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A teenage boy was tragically shot and killed in Northwest Washington, D.C. early Saturday morning. The D.C. Metro Police Department is actively investigating the incident.

The shooting unfolded when police were called to the MedStar Washington Hospital Center located on the 100 block of Michigan Avenue. Upon arrival, around 6:20 a.m., they discovered that a boy in his mid-to-late teens had been shot and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
