Deadly Shooting in Greensboro Leads to Multiple Arrests

GREENSBORO, N.C. – A deadly shooting in Greensboro has resulted in one fatality and multiple arrests.

The Greensboro Police Department responded to a call on Tuesday around 12:18 am in the area of Summit Avenue and Twain Road.

They discovered Joshua Nealy, 27, with life-threatening injuries, who subsequently died on the scene.

The investigation led to the arrest of Zakariya Hassane, 21, charged with first-degree murder; Elhadj Tandiang, 19, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana and maintain a vehicle/dwelling; and Jakwon Jacobs, 19, charged with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder.

The incident, which occurred in the 1400 block of East Cone Blvd, is under further investigation by the Greensboro Police Department.
